Made for Trade is one of the largest fabricators of aluminium glazing systems in the UK with 3 sites across Teesside. Due to year-on-year growth and factory expansion we are looking for an ambitious HSE and compliance Co-ordinator to join the team at our Head Office based in Wynyard, on a full time, permanent basis.
- **Duties Include**:

- To develop, review, implement and manage the Company’s Health and Safety and Fire Safety policies and procedures, ensuring that these are appropriate for purpose and meet legislative requirements and best practice.
- To ensure that policies are adhered to across all MFT sites through regular audit, inspection and other monitoring methods.
- To provide advice and guidance to staff and other users of the sites for example, contractors, and visitors, as required.
- To assist the Maintenance Manager in all Health and Safety issues relating to the sites annual maintenance programme

**Skills Required**:
Excellent planning and organisational skills

Keen eye for detail

Ability to communicate effectively

Able to work without regular supervision/management

Able to motivate people to change their behaviour

ICT skills - good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

IOSH qualified

Experience of writing SOP'S and or Company procedures
