**_The Role of the Sales Specialist_**
- Sales of all hospital products in designated niche therapy area's: Gynaecology & Forensic.
- Mostly stack systems such as imaging equipment, panel equipment, Microscopes, endoscopes, light sources, cameras, etc - but there is also a software add on product that they want to really push into the market
- Stacks can cost £50k-£100k and project can take 6-24 months
- Selling into Gynaecology departments & SARC's (Sexual Assault Research Clinic's)
- Selling to clinicians, consultants, procurement etc.....
- 80% - 85% NB focused role. CRM system is sales force so will have list of accounts with contact.
- Covering everything North of Birmingham(East Midlands, West Midlands, North Wales, North East, North West & Scotland) with a view of reducing the size of the territory once the team is established and will look to bring in more sales people to manage the work load.

**_The Ideal Person for the Sales Specialist_**
- Option 1 - Ideally someone clinical that has done colposcopy procedures and is looking to make a move into a commercial role OR a sales person that has experience in colposcopy/gynaecology
- Option 2 - 2 years sales (Ideally medical but not a must). Smart, well educated.
- Able to pick up technology and understand technology. (MUST HAVE A PROVEN TRACK RECORD]
- Want people that will get on with the job.
- Knock on doors, make things happen.
- The ability to do demo's/trials.
- Understand how to get in front of the decision maker.
- Good personality.
