Acorn Recruitment islooking for an Inventory Administrator to work for their busy client based in Birchwood, Warrington. Your role will be to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests aboutservices.
Contract: full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm or 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: £20,000 - £22,000P per annum DOE
Job duties and responsibilities:

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Perform customer verifications
- Set up new customer accounts
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
