**Job description** My client is seeking **Practice Trained Fully Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Accountants or Finalists**to join a hugely successful and forward thinking **Global Financial Services** company (over 5000 employee's). You do not need knowledge of the funds industry as full training is provided. The role is fully remote work from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day to day responsibility for the management of designated client relationships and respective Back Office Teams
- Be the first point of contact for designed clients and Back Office Accountant
- Conduct 1st / CRM reviews of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports in line with agreed client SLAs and accounting frameworks
- Responsible for the delivery of the monthly management accounts including consolidation in line with agreed SLAs and accounting frameworks, liaising with the Back Office Teams as required
- Ensure financial statements meet the entities’ reporting requirements e.g. Consolidation, UK GAAP or IFRS
- Ensure the accurate communication of all cash movements between the Fund and its Investors through the issuance of relevant calculations and notices to investors and within the Fund structures
- Responsible for the training and development of junior team members. Assist with team management, effectively providing feedback, support and setting objectives
- The role holder will ensure full adherence to all policies and procedures and actively identify ways of improving efficiency and minimising risk to the business
- Ensure the weekly submission of accurate timesheets for themselves and direct reports ahead of set EOW deadline
- Ensure team have required knowledge of Netsuite to enable accurate Time tracking and Client Billing
- Managing client expectations at all times and planning team time accordingly to cover all requirements
- To ensure team invoicing is timely and accurate according to client admin agreements and the Finance timelines.

**Tasks** (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Conduct weekly or fortnightly Client calls with CFO or Financial controller to ensure open and effective communication at all times
- Plan weekly workloads for Back Office Team / Assistant Accountants in FO ensuring client deadlines are met as per the SLA
- Preparing and agreeing monthly / quarterly / annual (as applicable) timetable for client deliverables for designated clients on a timely basis to aid the planning of resources within the team.
- Perform 1st review / CRM review of client deliverables (management accounts, cash postings, consolidation workings, financial accounts, ad-hoc analyses etc) ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery to client per the SLAs
- Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment from principal allocated clients on a monthly basis
- Perform 1st review / CRM review of drawdown / distribution calculations and notices to ensure the flow of funds is accurately recorded and are appropriately allocated and paid to investors in line with Fund governing documents
- Report any breaches, complaints or errors to Senior Accountant / Client Services Manager promptly to ensure appropriate actions can be taken
- Manage and escalate client and internal issues (within Front Office and Back Office) to Senior Accountant to remediate, ensuring client expectations are managed and met accordingly
- Ensure team receive constructive and relevant feedback on a timely basis and receive appropriate development, training and support as required
- Ensure team receive the necessary training (General and Client specific) to carry out their day to day tasks and responsibilities
- Minimise risk to by following procedures and check-lists
- Strong ownership of tasks and sense of teamwork
- Good attention to detail
- Effective time management
