We are looking for a digital marketing manager to assist with two of the businesses that sit within our portfolio.

Responsibilities and what we're looking for:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and lead generation / conversion.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads + others.
- Conduct keyword research and create optimised website content for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to identify areas of improvement
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Involvement in the creation of project related media content including photo / video.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- A commercial approach to marketing and driving tangible results.
- Excellent knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media, Brand Advocate and Loyalty Campaigns
- Experience of working in a high growth, fast paced business.
- Ability to manage and achieve return on investment on significant marketing budgets.
- Extensive experience in CRO, website projects and development.
- Work with and manage our web developers for all website development upgrades.
- By dynamic and willing to take on other sales & marketing related duties that may be required for the business.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
- Proficient in using SEO tools and techniques to improve website visibility
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in all aspects of IT and general software use.
