**Exciting Opportunity at a Coventry-Based Motorcycle Retailer**

We're a Coventry bike shop that's growing fast. Now we're making a brand-new digital team, and you could be a big part of it.

We operate a motorcyle buying website and sell the bikes through two seperate brands. We want to build a strong in-house digital team and need someone to help build it from the ground up.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display networks
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Salary**: £28,765.00-£35,584.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coventry, CV2 1NR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
