Job description

**People, Culture & Place Administrator**

**Salary**: £19,200 (24,000 FTE)

**Contract**: Part-time 28 hours, Permanent

**Closing date**: Monday 13th February 9am, interviews w/c 20th February

**Location**: 1 Lamb’s Passage, London, EC1Y 8AB - There is some flexibility to work remotely, although you must be able to work in the office at least two days per week, or as the organisation requires.

**Overview**

The People, Culture & Place Team sits at the heart of Stewardship supporting the teams that work so hard to provide exceptional services to clients. This role provides essential support to enable people to flourish in their time at Stewardship.

You will help colleagues to manage their leave and their benefits, will be critical in helping teams to recruit new staff and ensure people feel at home from their very first day in the job. As we embed hybrid working you’ll also be involved in activities that help develop our culture and collaboration. This small and friendly team has a busy and varied workload with no two days ever the same

This role is for 28 hours per week.
