**Position Overview**:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support to a child with ASD and attachment issues within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting. This full-time, temporary role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the child's early development and educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one support to a child with ASD and attachment issues, adapting teaching methods and activities to meet their individual needs.
- Collaborate closely with the EYFS team to plan and deliver inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all children.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment to facilitate the child's social and emotional development.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors, including situations where physical challenges may arise.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on the child's progress and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the school's SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and other professionals to ensure the child receives appropriate support and interventions.
- Create and adapt learning resources to support the child's development and enhance their learning experience.
