Bookham, United Kingdom Landway Construction Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Organising parking for contractors

Filing and archiving

Placing online material orders

Ordering skips and portaloos

Keeping vehicle, parking apps, TfL, Dartford Crossing and RAC information up to date

Booking services and MOTs for fleet vehicles

Organising inhouse annual refresher training

Organising DBS checks

Ordering and issuing PPE twice a year

Carrying out annual driving licence checks

Creating site files weekly for new jobs

Assisting with Contracts Administration

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

**Preferred hours**:
8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
