We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. The applicant must be fluent in both English and **German **and be proficient in the use of common IT tools (Excel, Word, etc.) as well as having familiarity with ERP systems. They should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively. Additionally, resilience and flexibility are crucial, as the role involves adapting to various tasks and time constraints. This individual will play a key role in order processing and client services operations to ensure the efficient and error-free handling of orders. Furthermore, they will provide vital support to the Client Services Team Leader and actively participate in coordinating various client-related activities. Must be open to traveling to our Germany site as required.

**Requirement of German Speaking Client Service Coordinator**
- Good communication skills, particularly written
- German Speaking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Always remain professional and courteous with customers
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Highly organised, self-motivated and works efficiently & effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Have a high attention to detail
- Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Dynamics, and cloud-based CRMs (SalesForce) ERP (Navision) an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in the UK and Export environment with an understanding and working knowledge of Incoterms is desirable
- An ability to comfortably interact with customers from different cultures
- Capable of working both unsupervised and within a team
- Hardworking, energetic & enthusiastic team member

**Responsibilities of Our German Speaking Client Service Coordinator**
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding order details, delivery commitments, payment terms, and address any concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with Production and Procurement to coordinate delivery dates, ensuring the timely fulfilment of orders.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, promptly addressing any overdue delivery dates.
- Coordinate additional costs related to orders with the Sales team, including shipping and discounts.
- Create and dispatch delivery documents and invoices, maintaining accuracy in all paperwork.
- Communicate and coordinate with parcel services and freight forwarders for efficient shipping processes.
- Manage customs clearance and export declarations for international shipments.
- Handle complaints efficiently, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all client-related activities.
- Assist the Client Services Team Leader in daily operations as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Development, IT, and Finance.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Client Services team.
- Provide support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Experience of using Salesforce / Navision
- Letter of Credit, Carnets, EUR1 & Certificate of Origin

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
