About the role.

Take on a leadership role to oversee the quality of care across homes as allocated by the Home Manager/Clinical Operations.

Collaborate with Home Manager/Clinical Operations and care teams to implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Conduct thorough audits and observations to evaluate the quality of services and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Provide guidance and support to home managers in developing action plans to address identified areas of improvement.

Foster a person-centered approach to care, ensuring that residents' individual needs and preferences are met with compassion and respect.

Work closely with the management team to implement policies and initiatives that elevate the overall quality of care.

Supporting with the induction of new colleagues to the Bradwell Hall Nursing Home Ltd standards.

Create therapeutic relationships with relatives and residents.

Support with the admissions of resident including meeting and greeting new residents and their relatives.

Please note.

The role may also include other designated responsibilities not detailed as above which will be discussed with the Home Manager / Operations Team.

The role is primarily Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00, however flexibility is required with this with potential for some nights, weekends and evenings when required and agreed with the Home Manager / Operations Team.
