**A Service Controller is required for a unique service provider of transport solutions.** Responsible for the day-to-day interaction with service providers, customers and colleagues to ensure accurate, compliant and timely management of theservice.
- The role is :_
- Offering outstanding customer service predominantly face to face, to ensure correct usage of bespoke software portal and compliance.
- Set up new service users through the portal and ensure compliance standards are met. Checking documents and licences.
- Working through a helpdesk ticket system to support general customer portal access queries.
- Managing compliance for local authority licensing requirements.
- Updating database and licences.
- Supporting launches and responses to advertising, marketing and sourcing campaigns.
- Process charges and credits on a weekly basis.
- Support fraud investigation.
- Continuously improve service delivery outcomes.
- You will be :_
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of people face to face offering advice and working to strict processes
- Great at data entry, record creating and database management
- The hours are :_
- Hours of work: 40 hours per week (inclusive of breaks)
- Shift Pattern: 10:00 - 18:00 on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sun OR 11:00 - 19:00 on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat.
