As part of continued expansion La Vita Restaurant Group are bringing payroll services in house and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager/Administrator.
Payrolls are run weekly and monthly for 250+ employees.
**Requirements**:
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Extensive working knowledge of current payroll legislation including Auto Enrolment pensions.
Experience of setting up a payroll system from scratch and familiarity with configuration of pay elements and deductions, pre and post tax.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing the payroll process from start to finish ensuring payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
Processing starters and leavers
Processing weekly and monthly payrolls
Processing Earnings Arrestments
Processing of all statutory payments such as SSP. SMP, SPP etc.
Liaising with HMRC to resolve any issues
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
