**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and objectives and provide support to head of department and partners
- Oversee quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners
- Manage a complex caseload without supervision & provide clients with high quality legal advice
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures and annual business plans

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Associate with evidence of managing a function at strategic level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
