I am currently working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an experienced Communications Manager. My client is in the healthcare sector with multiple sites across the UK. As an increasingly growing company they are looking to expand their teamwith a highly skilled professional who can demonstrate leadership skills with ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting into the Head of Communications you will provide support in driving the comms strategy forward, taking ownership of both internal and external campaigns. You will work with your peers across the wider business to deliver an internal communicationscalendar of activity and bring support for recruitment processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Writing attractive press releases and generating coverage across multiple platforms
- Produce interesting updates to post on website, social media and newsletters
- Manage all updates and content for the intranet and engagement app
- Brainstorming new ideas and plans to increase media coverage
- Oversee and take the lead on company events and award entries
Key Skills/Experience:

- Minimum 3 years' working in similar role
- Both Internal and external communications experience
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic
- Organised, methodical, and takes pride in their work
- Intranet management experience
- Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team
