**Human Resources Business Partner - Near Chorleywood, £60,000-£70,000 plus bens**

**An introduction to the company and role**:
**What will be the responsibilities in this role?**

As a HR Business Parter you will liaise with the senior leadership team, working with them and being able to influence and steer them towards solutions that will enhance the business and their teams.

**The role will include**:

- Working on projects across the HR function.
- Dealing with operational people plan.
- Management and implementations of policies, procedures, and processes as and when required.
- Ensuring that the Diversity and Inclusion agenda is part of the ongoing people values.
- Be involved inn delivering training, learning and development workshops.
- Reviewing contracts, terms, and conditions for employees.
- Developing the structure of the team and wider business by considering pay, rewards, appraisals, and job evaluations.

**What experience do you need?**
- CIPD Qualified (minimum level 5)
- A solid track record as a HR Business Partner
- Use of HRIS
- Current knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience of TUPE
