**Job Overview**:
Comprehensive admin support for the Site Facilities Management, Project and Helpdesk Teams.

**Main Duties**
- Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
- Achieve the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation of the business.
- Working with IT systems including Maximo, SAP, Mozaic, Intranet and Microsoft Office.
- Undertake input and analysis of data for use.
- General office duties including answering telephone calls and referring them to the appropriate person/department.
- Work with the helpdesk and site teams to support the planned maintenance activities from processing jobs, distribution, collation and closure.
- Monitoring the IT systems to review helpdesk statistics ensuring compliance.
- Raising of Purchase orders relevant to maintenance and reactive jobs.
- Undertake any additional administration duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.
- Develop a good understanding of the business, its teams, roles and the environment in which we work.

- Strong experience and confident using Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 5x GCSEs at grade C/5 or above (or the equivalent) including Maths and English.

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.
