Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Supervise students in the classroom, during lunch and other school activities.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting respectful behavior and resolving conflicts as needed.
- Assist with quizzes, and exams under the guidance of the teacher.
- Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional strategies tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement enrichment activities, projects, and programs.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops as required.
- Perform administrative tasks such as taking attendance, record-keeping, and organizing classroom materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related qualifications preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom environment.
- Commitment to upholding the values and mission of the school/institution.
