Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners’ lives?

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons for KS3 & KS4 students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students who may require additional help, and contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your dedication and support will play a crucial role in helping students to achieve their full potential academically and socially.

We work with Schools around the Teesside area; Redcar, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Billingham. If any of these areas would be suitable for you we have roles that could be perfect for you

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young children is advantageous, but not essential. Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for education and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
- A genuine passion for helping children succeed in their educational journey and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable, but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS check (AK Teaching can assist with this if needed).
