**Store Operative - Fulwood, Preston PR2**

Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a Store Operatives to join Self Store LTD at our new branch in Fulwood, Preston. This position is to provide Customer service and monitoring at the facility whilst promoting sales and performance through social media.

**Role Information**
Hours / Pay (To be discussed at interview stage)
Location: 6 Fulwood Park, Caxton Way, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9NZ

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the storage facility is opened & closed on time in line with operating procedures.
- Providing customers visiting the site with a tour of the facility, making sure that all key sales points are highlighted and demonstrated clearly.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and local businesses through social media networking and publications promoting site visit.
- Call Handling
- Customer service and sales, carrying out ID checks accurately documenting and storing information correctly.
- Taking payments and setting up payment plans on RMS system.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of facility maintenance to maintenance team.
- Handling all enquiries and ensuring they are logged accurately on our operating system and followed up within the agreed timescales.

**Experience Requirements**:
This is a varied role which will require a broad range of skills.

Previous customer facing experience would be an advantage as the role requires having regular contact with new and existing customers. Customer service, sales and marketing attributes will be of the utmost importance.

**Essential Skills**
- Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram to generate business interest.
- Organised with excellent time management and administrative skills.
- Comfortable with working as part of a wider company team and lone working

Opening hours 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday.
