**About Western Computer**
Western Computer is an independent Apple specialist providing Apple solutions to retail and business customers through seven retail stores and head office. We provide a complete Apple package, selling a wide range of Apple and third-party products, giving advice, training and ongoing support to our customers. We also have service repair centres in each one of our seven stores.
We are looking for an Admin & Customer Service Representative with a passion for Apple technology to join us at our Cheltenham based head office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will support the Operations Manager contributing towards daily operations.
- You will be the key link to Liaise between customers and store colleagues to provide updates on orders and repairs.
- You will be responsible for daily operational tasks across the stores, head office and business teams. This will involve reports, order management, couriers, claims, device enrolment and stock management.
- You will provide key support for the rest of the teams and fulfil administrative tasks related to sales, marketing and product. Ensuring the smooth running of operations between all areas of the business.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work individually and as part of a wider team.

**Required**
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Operational and Administration experience.
- Customer Services Experience
- A good understanding of either Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers.
**Desirable**
- Ideally experience in the IT sector and a good understanding of the Apple brand and product range
