Back Office Business Team

We’re looking for people with excellent administration skills to join our Back Office Business Team at Royal Primary Care.
Full time and Part time hours are available and flexible working is negotiable.
Our surgeries can get busy, and our healthcare professionals rely on our efficient administrative support. An ability to multitask and be super organised is a must. Recognising priorities and reaching deadlines and targets is all part of working within the back office. Given the service we provide, we want you to demonstrate your written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work accurately under pressure. We work with sensitive patient information and, if you join us, you’ll be committed to always maintaining strict confidentiality.
The Back Office Business Team are an amazingly hardworking team who strive on reaching targets. The team have an excellent working relationship and have a solid supportive team around them. You will be requested to undertake mandatory training and also a yearly staff appraisal with your line manager. We offer a 4-week induction based around essential training, shadowing and regular 1:1's which is tailor made to your needs. We are a healthcare setting therefore demonstrating the care values is a must.
