Summary of the role:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for information, advice and guidance to current apprenticeships learners and employers.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Present information (both Face to Face and via virtual/ remote software) to new learners and employers
- Provide information advice and guidance to learners and employers to help them identify suitable apprenticeship routes
- Conduct ‘warm’ calls to sales leads to inform and promote new training and apprenticeship opportunities
- Conduct e-marketing follow up calls to secure apprenticeship opportunities
- Develop relationships using networking platforms such as LinkedIn to further promote ATL services
- Conduct enrolment and induction meetings with learners and employers
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly BD targets, setting professional example
- Assist with learner re-engagement activities and provide CIAG support to all learners.
- Completing progression and learner destination activities, promoting possible progression routes.
- Conduct regular progress update meetings with key employers and stakeholders.
- Participate positively in weekly and/or monthly team meetings, providing updates and sharing good practice to overcome objections.
- Maintain systems and trackers to ensure real-time information is maintained
- Following ATL’s quality assurance procedure for all onboarding apprentices
- Provide administration support, when required (including reception duties)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £17,500.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 - 35 per week
