Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Void Administrator to join our team, based in the North West region (Salford). You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000.00 per annum plus benefits.

**Key responsibilities for this Void Administrator role are**:
Assisting with delivery and repairs of void properties

Liaising with clients and monitoring of processes

Progressing void repair orders

Input and monitor void repair orders from issue to completion

Liaising with the service centre and customers regarding their repair issues

Chasing up repair enquiries

Making appointments

Communicating with Operatives, Utility companies, sub-contractors, Team Leaders and Customers

Filing, checking, recording and retrieval of information both manually and via computerised systems ensuring records are kept up to date

Provide operational support

Work closely with Electrical Compliance and Gas Service Provider regards certificate checking and validation

Liaise with clients and utility suppliers to ensure all properties have gasl and electrical supplies

Log and record all certifications

Monitor and amend data on the void management system

Assist in liaison with sub-contractors and suppliers regarding ordering and delivering of materials/ goods

**What we are looking for in our ideal Void Administrator**:
Competent in all aspects of admin having strong coordinator experience, ability to operate a computerised data base system and demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change.
