Vicar of the Tresham Benefice
Rothwell, Glendon, Pipewell and Loddington - The Tresham Benefice
The Tresham Benefice has five Churches that are alike in many ways but with diverse congregations and differing types of Services. The Eucharist is at the heart of our worship. Each Parish has its own characteristics, Rothwell is a small but busy market town, Loddington, Thorpe Malsor, Rushton and Pipewell are all rural villages.
We need a person who has experience of:
- Working within a Benefice with diverse styles of worship based around Common Worship
- Working with and supporting children and young people
- Strong pastoral skills
And the ability to:
- Guide our enthusiasm to build a strong team
- Enable vocations
- Encourage our talents and help us realise our potential
- make everyone feel cared for and to guide our enthusiasm
- Use IT appropriately
We need a priest:
- Who will “pray without ceasing”, whose physical and emotional energy is combined with an enthusiastic freshness, loving-kindness, warmth, sense of humour, open-mindedness and tolerance
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure required._
