**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
First and foremost, the primary responsibility as Social Media Assistant for Apatchy is to support in all areas of social content creation whilst developing Apatchy’s stance on brand and influencer relationships. You shall be playing a significant role in building both strategic and creative plans with Apatchy’s Marketing Director, pushing for an end-goal of growing Apatchy's social media presence and driving sales on the platform.

You shall be joining one of the UK’s leading independent online accessory retailers with a head office based near Stansted Airport. Whilst building Apatchy’s social media presence and creating innovative creative content, it is crucial, in the dynamics centring this new position, that our ‘hands-on’ company culture is always adhered to. Therefore, your support of all departments is equally important in your development. A willingness to help across all areas of the business is critical, from answering the telephone to packing orders when busy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extensive knowledge/obsession spanning all social media platforms e.g., TikTok, Instagram and Facebook with experience in creating mobile video content/stories.
- Ability to create content from concept to execution. Good analytical yet highly original thinking with a desire to work within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the confidence to speak eloquently to customers and solve problems.
- Some knowledge of editing images and video and a willingness to learn new systems and procedures, e.g. uploading new product to the website and updating retail concessions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be leading the line in all videoing on shoots and creating content to push through all Apatchy social outlets. You must be willing to learn organic and paid advertising strategies.
- Monitor daily and weekly social analytics, reporting insight to our Marketing Director on a regular basis and record KPI targets.
- Earmark upcoming trends, allowing Apatchy to invest in applied marketing ahead of the social-curve with relevant influencers shortlisted and contacted. You shall be responsible for Apatchy’s influencer-management and VIP care with successful seeding of product in mind.
- Consider new ways to engage, grow and maintain a follower-base by means of core Apatchy community engagement, whilst replying to and encouraging social interactions across all Apatchy platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
