**Helpdesk Administrator**

**THE ROLE**:
The Help Desk Administrator is to support all of the Estates and Campus Services activities, being the conduit between our customers, building users and estates making sure our customers have all the support and guidance they need to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role has a direct impact on the student and staff experience and helps us achieve our strategic goals.

To succeed in this role you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, have a broad up-to-date knowledge of Estates and Campus services, and knowledge of helpdesk delivery in a similar role and good practices required to deliver these services within HED.
