The OD&E Team is helping shape our culture and make each employee the best they can possibly be through various learning and development strategies, whilst ensuring managers have the tools they need through our Management Fundamentals programme to inspire and develop their own workforce.

The team now has a OD&E Partner “Developmental” vacancy which is a unique opportunity to focus on innovation across the business, exploring our systems and processes, engaging with staff and ensuring our solutions are fit for purpose.

What will you be doing?

Provide advice and guidance on the design and delivery of OD and Engagement strategies
Design and deliver a range of employee development and engagement solutions tailored to building capability with a focus on enhanced performance and retaining talent across the business
Contribute to embedding the organisation’s behavioural framework and feedback culture
Work alongside Reward Partner and Resourcing Partner to support the progression of career pathways and internal promotion opportunities
Lead on Talent Management Strategies and provide tools and expert advice on developing and promoting talent at all levels
Evaluate development activities, considering the return on investment and providing Management Information as required
Work collaboratively with senior managers and HR Business Partners to forward plan development requirements linked to workforce plans
Support the organisation and facilitation of OD events including staff conference, manager forums and staff focus groups
Oversee the development and delivery of the Induction programme for early career roles

About you

Coaching and mentoring qualification
Evidence of Continued Professional Development
Qualification to at least level 5 in an OD/HR related field is desired but not essential
Experience of designing, delivering, and implementing the learning, organisational development and engagement programmes in complex environments
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of tact and discretion
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent oral communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Good analytical skills, with the ability to review information and determine best approach
