**Employment Details**

We are looking for a full time experienced, fully qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team.

Shift patterns are 8-10 hours per working day, our opening hours are between 07.30 to 18.00 Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year.

We are a dedicated team with a passion for early years education. Nurturing children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We have 4 age group rooms to support individual stages in development, delivering exceptional learning experiences tailored to each child's needs, which is inspired from our children's interests.

**Essential Requirements**

Experience is required in planning, observations, assessments and evaluation as well as preparing and undertaking activities which support the child's learning and development.

Knowledge of the curriculum for excellence, realising the ambition, HGIOELC, early years education theorists, schematic play, and an up to date understanding of the Care Inspectorate Framework and Education Scotland's guidance notes, and Quality Indicators.

Experience in outdoor learning would be beneficial, however is not an essential.

The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as contributing as part of a wider team through clear and precise communication skills, in both written and verbal.
