**Home-based Supervising Social Worker**

A therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency who have a GOOD Ofsted are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their growing team in Lincolnshire.

They offer flexible working where you can be **home-based 4 days of the week and office based for 1 day.** This will give you the flexibility to work from your own schedule and you'll **save money** on travelling.

In this role you will be supporting, supervising and assessing foster carers to ensure that the best possible service can be provided for the families and children. **The caseload is very manageable**, giving you the opportunity to be able to provide the best service to each of the carers you will support.

**Requirements**:

- Social Work England Registered
- Previous experience as a Social Worker within a Fostering environment
