**We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join our team at Mablethorpe Chalet Park
- and this is one you don’t want to miss**

**So, what will the role as Maintenance Operative involve?**
- Ensuring site Health and Safety inspections are regularly completed to keep our Park in tip-top condition
- General estate maintenance
- Help to maintain a clean and safe Park environment by; cleaning and tifying up of public areas, weeding, landscaping, waste control etc
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs to all estate buildings
- General onsite support where required

**What experience do you need to be a Maintenance Operative?**
- General Maintenance knowledge and skillset
- Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An interest in site maintenance

**What’s in it for you?**
- A starting salary of £23,795.20 per annum
- A 40 hour working week. (This may include some on call work during evenings/weekends_
