Agent Services Advisor

Working with some of the country’s leading estate agents and solicitors you will be responsible for helping our network of agents understand where their client is with regard to our conveyancing and anti-money laundering process.

You will be responsible for handling inbound requests from agents and updating them using a variety of business systems.

This can be a challenging and busy role and will require applicants to have good communication skills whilst being able to deliver feedback in a factual and informative manner and signposting agents to other sources of information such as internal and agency systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills & an ability to build rapport with customers.
- A strong organized approach to work.
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
- Previous experience within an Estate Agency, Conveyancing or Customer Service background
