**Office Administrator - Purpose of the Role**:

- To support the efficient running of APF’s office
- Support the whole team with administrative duties to successfully implement charity objectives.

**Essential Duties**:
All duties must be completed accurately and promptly, meeting exact deadlines to maintain a high standard of day-to-day operational service.
- Ensure donations received at the office are recorded and acknowledged.
- Effective running of the postal function (inbound and outbound)
- Ensure adequate supplies of stationery in the office and across the team.
- Help with scheduling and planning around key projects.
- Diary planning for weekly team meeting and team training.
- Updating of our website (training will be given)
- General administration tasks across all departments to effectively implement charity objectives.

**Part one: knowledge and experience**
- Administration level 2 qualification and/or previous office experience. (essential)
- Experience of using Office 365 and database software - We use eTapestry (desirable)
- Experience of supporting multiple teams and ability to prioritise. (essential)
- Able to develop and maintain successful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. (essential)
- Experience of updating websites (desirable)

- Excellent ICT skills using Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£23,000.00 per year
