- Kilmarnock based company, the job is to service our construction sites in Central and Southern Scotland, taking materials to and from site including spoil, stone, concrete/ tar, plant and other equipment. CSCS card and site experience would be an advantage.
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport goods and materials to and from specified destinations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and adherence to safety regulations
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery logistics

- Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Proven experience as a truck driver
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the road
- Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
