**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Essential**:

- At least 1 year’s previous sales or technical experience.
- Technically strong minded.
- IT literate with experience in MS Office packages and sales CRM systems
- Very proactive to achieve results with the ability to build solid relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to commute and work from our York city centre location.

**Preferable**
- A background of Renewable Energy technologies

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**:
As a valued Renewable Energy Consultant, you’ll primarily be responsible for selling our energy products and solutions to our B2C and B2B customers and generating revenue for Premium Lithium.
- Increasing the company turnover by generating new customers (both B2C and B2B).
- Improving the conversion rates of sales leads provided.
- Improving customer relations.
- Increasing the profitability of the organisation.
- Conducting sales appointments, acting as a consultant to advise on the best solutions for the customer and property.
- Completing electronic sales surveys with photographic evidence obtained during sales appointments.
- Creating electronic proposals using company software, allowing for integration to Sales CRM.
- Meeting KPIs by ensuring appointment times are kept, targets achieved, CRM maintained, turnaround time for issuing proposals and conducting follow-ups to close.
- Maintaining CRM pipeline with communications.
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales across each business stream and department.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
