**Salary: £26,755.62 Per Annum**
- Are you a skilled and reliable driver with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We are looking for a Transit Driver to join our team at Restore Datashred. As a vital part of our operation, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and safe collection and delivery of goods. As a key ambassador for Datashred you will maintain a professional and positive attitude delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Your role within the team will be to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, correctly and in an efficient manner and relevant paperwork is completed as required.
- You will safeguard confidential information and materials maintaining security at all times and ensure it is unloaded ready for secure destruction.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Loading and unloading your vehicle at customer sites and our depot
- Collecting confidential items and documents from customer sites
- Independently driving our well-maintained vehicles
- Providing updates to team members, and to work collaboratively with the warehouse and production teams
- Ensuring material is safe and secure at all times

**ABOUT YOU**
- Full UK driving licence, with at least 12 Months driving experience
- Up to 3 points on the driving licence and no previous driving bans
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role is a plus however not required
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all time
- Must be physically fit and able to load and unload items from the van
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
