Production Butcher

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products to meet customer specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations and excellent knife skills. We are regarded as one of the very best UK butchers operating to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and and make sausages, burgers and manufactured products
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Butcher making sausages and manufactured products
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in various cutting techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and production processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
