Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to use the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.

We are currently hiring for a Training Specialist to join our client dedicated team in their Laboratory facility in either Ware or Stevenage, UK. The role will be to perform the administrative activites inside and outside of the electronic learning management system to support department compliance with training processes regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure sound quality training practices are well established for procedures assigned for training
- Training Item Updates and Content Loading within electronic learning management system
- Document Approval Process
- Manage Change Requests
- Creation of New Training Cunicula
- Acts as myLearning Training Coordinator for the Risk Management and Compliance group
- Supports users on questions regarding Learning Plan
- Field 15-20 user requests daily via Training Site
- Provides backup support when needed for Authorized Item Updates, Authorized Content Loading, Management of Training periods Early Release and Creation of 3-Tiered Training
- Other related documentation tasks and training as assigned

Requirements:

- Has attained a BA/BS in scientific or health care discipline with up to 2 years-relevant experience. Significant experience may be substituted for lack of relevant scientific degree.
- Training Coordinator and/or Document Compliance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Learning Management System experience in a manufacturing GMP pharmaceutical environment (myLearning preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of cGMP required
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Experience with controlled electronic document control systems preferred
- Biotechnology experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
