As a Practice Manager, your role will include:
Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets
Leading a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
