Howells Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work with a Main Contractor on a repairs and maintenance contract within Social Housing. This is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £25,000

**About You**:

- Experience with managing subcontractors / subcontractor payments
- Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a flexible attitude to work task and workload
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong admin skills and experience
- Advanced IT Skills
- Proactive attitude with ability to work using own initiative
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pick up new software and systems very quickly
