We are looking for a highly motivated professional with experience in client management within a BTL mortgage/ commercial loan portfolio context, in a highly customer focused environment within the financial services sector. Your role will involve day today support for our clients by acting as the main point of contact, ensuring that communications, both inbound and outbound, are managed effectively and in a timely manner, allowing our servicing teams to focus on delivering the best outcomes for customers.Key to this role will be producing and presenting client governance packs, provision of management information and managing expectations appropriately around client requests, incidents and quality.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Act as a point of contact between the client and the Pepper Advantage team
- Provide client support and handle communications effectively
- Work with the CRE Operations Managers and team to enhance processes according to client needs
- Work with the change team to ensure change requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner, liaising between client and Pepper UK
- Manage incidents day to day, agreeing actions and remediation
- Production and presentation of Monthly and Quarterly client governance packs along with Client / Internal Management Information as required
- Provide required support to Head of Commercial Loan Servicing, Manager, Team and Client to ensure a smooth relationship is maintained to deliver all objectives
- Produce and analyse client data, including Quality and Complaint Root Cause Analysis with the aim of continued improvement of customer outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards
- Interact with other managers to provide project management expertise to deliver change
