**Please note: This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday. The working hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm. It is an on-site role based in Warwick.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Operate within the department’s budget.
- Create and manage tariffs and service charges.
- Monthly management reporting.
- Cost reporting & analysis.
- Deliver excellence in customer service, with a strong: proactive, will-do, solution-finding attitude.
- Maintain constructive relationships with key personnel, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct assessment to match customers with products.
- Assist in developing key products and projects, establishing them and driving them with the global regions.
- Efficient processing of customers’ orders, refunds/ returns and all associated administration.
- Managing a heavy workload and prioritising work schedules.
- Use expertise to fully answer questions from prospective customers about online purchase process.
- Making follow-up contact to inform customers of new or improved products that help them to develop and grow.
- Tracking orders and investigating shipping delays on behalf of customer.
- Troubleshooting of customer queries in relation to faulty or unwanted products.
- Maintaining accurate customer records including notes on sales interactions.
- Referring complex cases or unusual activity to Team Leader/ Line Manager.
- Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the department.
- Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
- Incumbent has no direct reports.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in customer service or administration.
- Previous experience working in a role which involves dealing with technology (ideal but not essential).
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Enthusiasm to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond.
- Excellent attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
