An excellent opportunity has come to market for a Senior Account Handler to join a strong, independent insurance brokerage in Manchester City Centre as part of one of their specialist teams.
THE ROLE:
As Senior Account Handler, you will work as part of a specialist team, being responsible for maintaining an insurance portfolio whilst providing a high quality, professional and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Working closely with clients to truly understand their requirements, ensuring a quality service is delivered and the requisite level of cover is provided.
- Managing the renewal process and handling mid-term adjustments.
- Ensuring information is recorded correctly on Acturis.
- Liaising with partner brokers to ensure that insurance placements are coordinated.
- Delivering a first-class service at all times.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- You will need to have proven experience and extensive knowledge within the insurance industry in a commercial capacity.
- Will be an excellent communicator and effective negotiator, in order to secure the best deals for clients.
- Able to develop and maintain solid working relationships with clients and insurers.
- Possess outstanding sector and industry knowledge.
- Experience of using Acturis would be advantageous.
