**Production Operatives - Pickering, North Yorkshire**

Baltic Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading plastics provider to the automotive industry, manufacturing complexed systems and components for their global customers.

**This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is a temp to perm position.**

**Pay Rate: £12.00 - £16.80 per hour**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Machine operating
- Using hand and air tools on the production line.
- Loading and unloading products.
- Quality checking.
- Maintain good housekeeping.
- Fast paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Good attention to detail
- Ability to carry out tasks as requested by Team Leaders/Managers
- Team Work
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
- Experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous but not essential.

**3 shift pattern**:
Days - Wednesday to Friday 8am - 8pm

Nights - Monday to Wednesday 8pm - 8am

Split Shift - Monday & Tuesday 8am - 8pm / Thursday & Friday 8pm - 8am
