**Job summary**:

- As Data Officer, Regular Giving & Membership, you will be responsible for managing Direct Debit collection for membership and fundraising, processing gifts totalling multi-millions of pounds each year, ensuring high quality data management and identifying ways to improve processing and implement new solutions.**Job description**:

- We are looking to recruit a talented Data Officer to join our team as Kew embarks upon a major fundraising campaign and delivers a transformational change programme. The programme will deliver improvements to Kew’s direct debit and other income processes and this role will be key to embedding these and realising the benefits.**Person specification**:
Managing two Data Assistants, this role is responsible for overseeing the processing of membership, appeal and regular giving income totalling multi-millions of pounds each year, ensuring high quality data processing and delivery.

You will play an important role in helping to deliver a quality experience for Kew’s members and donors and enabling the provision of accurate data to be extracted by Insight colleagues and used for effective management and campaign reporting.
