**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a senior leader in Project Execution, managing the Cloud Portfolio Technology Risk & Controls function, you will:

- Manage the holistic technology risk and controls (TRC) agenda for the Cloud Portfolio, inclusive of all Cloud Service Providers, for operations in the cloud
- Oversee the TRC function for each platform, including managing a strong team that supports the BAU function, providing directional support for complex issues, and balancing resources across the portfolio as needed
- Build a robust Risk & Regulatory function moving the organization toward a 'Audit Ready' and 'Proactive Risk Management' mindset
- Steer the Cloud Portfolio Risk Cabinet, gathering relevant metrics, preparing meeting materials, and managing actions to completion
- Contribute to the Cloud Portfolio roadmap to ensure that technology risk and controls are engineered into all of its platforms and products
- Partner with the Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) and Audit teams to ensure technology risk and controls for the Cloud Portfolio are well understood, as well as seek advisory for informing the cloud strategy
- Partner across Finance, Vendor Management, Transformation Office to perform regular risk reviews of Cloud Vendors
- Represent the Cloud Portfolio in firmwide technology risk and control settings to educate and influence on the strategic direction of the Cloud estate, including Cloud Concentration risk
- Influence and educate Regulators on the strategy of Cloud for JPMorgan Chase

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge in business processes and technology disciplines within a Banking organisation
- Experience overseeing a Technology Risk and controls function with focus on Cloud portfolio
- Track record for managing high-performing teams on large and complicated programs
- Ability to create and support a collaborative culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
- A strong understanding of financial control, budget management, risk management, and operations
- Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
