Globexair is a busy freight forwarder based in Southall. We are looking for an experienced Air Import Clerk to join our busy and growing team - This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16:30 - You must be able to handle Imports from start to finish.
- UK Customs Procedure Knowledge is Essential
- ASM Sequoia experiences CDS is essential
- Liaising with agents and customers to understand their needs.
- Managing the jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with the client expectations and effectively communicating any service issues.
- Ensuring Clients & Partners are receiving first class customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team or independently
- Good organisation/ planning skills

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
