**THE ROLE**:
We are looking to grow our Digital Transformation Team and are recruiting for an **Integration Specialist**.
This is a new role within the Team and is pivotal to the ongoing transformation of the internal and external technical service offering.
In this role you will be responsible for analysing, validating, documenting, design and testing the technical, operational and customer related requirements with core focus on integration in and out of any system within the divisions digital estate. CargowiseOne being the primary system. You will engage closely with the business representatives and near shore development teams.

**THE KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Analyse, determine, and document interface requirements needed to support internal and external business requirements and enhancements
- Engaging with the key stakeholders for sign-off on said solutions
- Submit and manage any change requests to the near shore development teams.
- Prioritize, validate and sign-off of solution designs provided by the business
- Be the conduit to manage the near shore development teams for all integration builds and fixes
- Support and troubleshoot integration and data issues where required
- Design and propose enhancements to existing integration processes where required
- Creation of test cases, conduct and/or coordinate solution user acceptance testing (UAT), and all related documentation
- Conduct root cause analysis and manage defect identification and change request as identified through solution user acceptance testing
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the 3PL or freight industry is essential
A minimum of 3 years business analysis experience with a strong focus on requirement documentation and project management
Experience in planning and deploying strongly preferred
Detailed knowledge of air, ocean, and road freight processes
