**Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:00am
- 16:30pm (No weekend work)**

**Hybrid working, flexible working from home and office based.**

The Administrator will provide administrative and operational support associated to the provision and use of Commercial Vehicles and Materials Handling Equipment throughout Saint-Gobain in the UK.

**You will be required to**:

- Assist in the production of Fleet Key Performance Indicators and understand how to potentially positively affect outcomes/results
- Achieve statutory compliance relevant to your specific area of responsibility
- Raise Purchase Orders, within approved limits, and highlight related queries with suppliers and senior team members
- Accurately maintain the Fleet database and all other relevant electronic records
- Manage enquiries from our ‘customers’ and seek adequate resolutions where problems exist
- Follow functional procedures accurately and identify improvement opportunities

- Good telephone and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as being a team player
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Flexible with ability to deal with high volumes
- PC literate - MS Office
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Understanding the importance of handling confidential information

**Dimensions and Decision Making**
- Administratively supports a fleet with a total size of circa 5,000 diverse and complex mechanical assets
- Administratively services all Saint-Gobain brands across the UK & Ireland
- Interaction with multiple external suppliers
