Our **Customer Success Graduate Scheme** provides the knowledge, support and training that you need to excel in your career. You'll join our high-performing, award-winning Customer team and learn all aspects of the customer lifecycle: from project management to coaching, first line support to long-term success through continuous improvement, we'll provide you with all the fundamental skills and experience you need to make a real splash in the SaaS industry. We'll give you not just the theory behind it all, but the opportunity to implement everything you learn. You'll support a Client Projects Executive so will gain full insight into their role, and they'll support you in working towards running your own client sessions and providing industry-leading customer service and support. We were early adopters of the Customer Success method so have all the tools and processes in place to give you the best foundation in this constantly growing and evolving business concept.

Our previous graduates are thriving in their careers with Firefish, and rated the graduate programme as "excellent". They are now all working in their specific areas of interest but continue to benefit from ongoing mentoring to help them to swim even further to success.

**So what are we looking for in a Graduate?**
- A degree in a business-related discipline (e.g. Business, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, HR)
- A true passion for customer service - you've worked in a customer-facing role and always strive to ensure that your customers have the best experience possible
- You'll get bonus points if you have experience in a recruitment team (but don't worry if you haven't)
- A love of all things technical. If there's an app for it, you use it...and you use it properly
- A love of learning - you'll be doing a lot of that so you need to enjoy it
- A love of problem solving - Customer Success involves solving lots of puzzles, so your favourite accessory is your thinking cap
- Great communication skills - you're not scared to ask questions, and enjoy talking through ideas with others.
- Based in Central Scotland - our Hub is in Glasgow, and although we all work from home it would be beneficial for you to be able to meet up with your team when required so that you receive the right level of support to help you succeed.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

We now Work from Anywhere You can chose where you work, but you'll also have access to our Glasgow hub if you want some office space at any time. Physical and operational changes have been made to the hub to ensure optimum safety for our Fish.
